The 23-year-old singer is "obsessed" with the bottled cucumber doused in vinegar and can't help but guzzle down the acidic solution when she's finished with the tangy snack.
Speaking on Britain's 'Alan Carr: Chatty Man', which will air tonight (25.09.15), she said: "I am obsessed with them. That is my thing and I drink the juice from the jar too."
But it's not just in the comfort of her own home that the 'Come & Get It' hitmaker pops open the condiment as she also can't resist tucking into them at the movie theatre.
She explained: "They sell them at gas stations and movie theatres in Texas. I go to the movies and have popcorn and pickles. It's not weird. It is a thing back home that I do."
Meanwhile, the actress - who is currently touring the globe promoting her new single 'Good For You' - is so keen to share her love of pickled gherkins with the world that she's planning to bring out a cookbook dedicated to the snack.
